NPP’s Dr. Okoe Boye Reportedly Loses Ledzokuku Constituency Seat

The Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye is reportedly said to have succumbed to a shock defeat in the Ledzokuku Constistuency Parliamentary race.

He is said to have been beaten by the NDC’s Benjamin Ayiku Narteh.

Mr. Narteh is said to have pulled majority votes from the total vote cast to topple one of the “darling boys” of the NPP.

Dr. Okoe Boye’s reported loss however continues a trend in the area where no MP has retained the seat since 1996.
