NPP Did Not Abandon Me When I Was Sick – Waakye Shames A Plus

Veteran Ghanaian actor, Prince Yawson, popularly known as Waakye has refuted claims that he was abandoned in his ailment by his party; the New Patriotic Party.

According to Waakye, his beloved party came to his aid when he called on them and therefore cannot understand why anyone will claim otherwise.

It will be recalled that this portal published a few days ago that controversial musician and political activist, Kwame A Plus had revealed that he would wish to organize fundraising for the veteran actor, however, he cannot understand why the actor appears to have been abandoned by the NPP; a party he is a staunch supporter of.

However, in an interview on Kofi TV, Waakye claimed that certain bigwigs in the NPP reached out to him after they heard about his plight.
