Nii Lante Vanderpuye Responds To Lante Bannerman – Calls Him A Liar

Legislator for Odododiodoo constituency, Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye has brandished Nii Lante Bannerman a lair, for making unsubstantiated claims to cover up his animalistic behaviour after he (Vanderpuye) was allegedly attacked by some NPP supporters.

This comes on the back of comments made by Mr. Bannerman after the incident which is said to have been orchestrated by operatives of the National Security Secretariat in front of the James Town Police station.

According to Nii Lante Bannerman who is the aspiring NPP MP for the area, from what he gathered, the alleged brutalization of the MP was done by some boys who had converted from NDC to the NPP and not National Security Operatives.

However in a swift rebuttal, Nii Lante Vanderpuye denied claims by Mr Bannerman that his attackers were former members of the NDC.

“Is he telling me that the guy just defected from NDC to his party and they just made him a security liaison? He should show me an NDC membership card of any of them,” the former Youth and Sports Minister disclosed on Joy FM.

“I am utterly shocked that somebody could lie like this to cover up such animalistic behaviour. I can’t believe it, they are not and they have never been NDC members,” he added.
