NDC Suspends Secretary For Allegedly Working Against Party Interest

The opposition National Democratic Congress has suspended their Constituency Secretary for Ningo Prampram in the Greater Accra Region following a determination that he was working against the Party’s Parliamentary Candidate, Sam George.

The suspension, according to a statement signed by the Greater Accra Regional NDC Secretary, Theophilus Tetteh Chai, will take a period of six months.

The Regional NDC Exevcutives have also referred the matter to the Constituency Disciplinary Committee to take further actions if they deem necessary.

The NDC Constituency Secretary for Ningo Prampram, Mr Okoe Mensah had issued a letter accusing the MP, Sam George of unleashing a dangerous weapon on some women and children while campaigning. The MP however denied the said claims.
