Menzgold Customers Deserve No Payment From Government – Abronye DC

Kwame Baffoe (Abronye DC), Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has noted that it is unlawful for government to use taxpayers money to reimburse defunct Menzgold customers.

Speaking on Hello FM, he explained that government played no role in the transactions between Menzgold and its customers, insisting it was solely based on individual decisions.

According to him, if there are any grievances, it should be geared towards the owner of the company, stressing that not even the elections should push government to make payments.

Abronye DC vowed to disengage in any form of campaigning activities for the NPP if Akufo-Addo goes ahead to release payment of monies to the aggrieved customers of Menzgold.
