Many Of Us In The Northern Region Will Leave NPP If You Don’t Endorse Bawumia As Flagbearer – Party Stalwart Threatens

Alhaji Mohammed Bamba, a stalwart of the NPP in the Northern Region has warned of massive defections should the NPP fail to endorse Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia as flagbearer.

According to him, the time is right for the NPP to shed off it’s Akan tag and elect Dr Bawumia, a man of Northern ancestry as flagbearer.

Dr Bamba believes that the NPP was able to win power in 2016 and retain it in 2020 because of the hardwork of the Vice President.

According to him, politics is a game of numbers, and considering the fact that the Vice President has a massive following nationwide, it will be suicidal for the NPP to ignore him.
