Man Loses Job Opportunity After Showing His Political Color In Argument At Job Interview

A young Ghanaian man loses job opportunity after showing his political color in Argument at job interview in Kumasi.

Maxwell Owusu, 28, was asked to go home after making a political comment which is not in support of the NDC’s efforts to create jobs since Ghana’s independence in 1957.

According to the report, Maxwell Owusu was asked to leave after challenging his boss when they were all set to go in for a job interview, but while listening to Nhyira FM’s morning show in Kumasi, Maxwell sent a voice note to Nhyira FM’s WhatsApp line to be played condemning NDC without realizing the person standing in front of him was the company’s boss.

His employer then pretended to be looking for a job in the office, which we were told to be a key NDC member in Kumasi. We can’t reveal the company name, but the purported boss’s words to Maxwell read as follows:…..

”Since the NDC did not give or create any jobs for Ghanaian youth throughout its 20-year rule, you have to go and apply for jobs at any NPP-founded company.

The unnamed supervisor went on to say that showing your political affiliation when looking for a job or working at a company is unacceptable.”
