Make Clear Your Position On LGBTQI – Chief Imam Spokesperson To Government

Spokesperson of the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shaibu has charged the government to declare their position Lesbian, Gay, Bisexuals, Transgender and Queer Individuals (LGBTQI) groups in the country.

Speaking on Joy News, he indicated that it’s about time government make known its stance on same sex relations and close down its offices in the country.

“We still expect the government to come out with a clear position on this,” he said.

“I will want to see the government come to state a clear position on that but the offices, in my view and speaking for all Muslims, must be closed immediately,” he intimated.
