Mahama’s Petition Will Be Dismissed But The International Court Will Intervene – Islamic Cleric Predicts?
Popular Islamic Cleric and numerologist, Malam Shamuna Ustaz Jibril appears to have already predicted the dismissal of the 2020 election petition brought before the supreme court by the flagbearer of the NDC for the 2020 elections, John Dramani Mahama.
In a post which narrated a dream apparently brought to him for interpretation, the Islamic cleric also suggested that the case might travel all the way to the International Court of Justice for further adjudication.
In a Facebook post, he wrote,
ASALAMUALAIKUM MALLAM SHAM-UNA, Can you help me to understand the meaning of this wonderful complicated zigzag crooked dream about the pending supreme court election petition? Mallam, I dreamt just a week ago, I saw myself inside the supreme court closer to the judges. In the dream, that was the day judgement would be passed. To be frank with you, am a die hearted NDC supporter. Unfortunately and fortunately, the verdict was passed and unanimously the case was dismissed and the court was quiet and the front liners of the NDC side were confused. The NPP side were calm But everybody remained seated as if that the case was going to begin. From nowhere we heard a call from the front desk of the judges thus where the judges were seated telling them that the another court instructed the electoral commisiion to reconduct an election immediately.
Meanwhile there was no second court there but it was voices of whitemen that were Instructing the judges of the supreme court to instruct the electoral commission to conduct an election. In total, both the judges of the supreme court, the NDC, the NPP, the electoral commission and neutral observers were totally confused because of the fact that there was a unanimous decision of the 9 panel judges dismissing the case and where from the second court when there is no other building. Who were those whitemen? In summary, there was a unanimous decision of the court dismissing the petition of John Mahama and his counsel and there was an Instruction on telephone to conduct another election( rerun).
I PERSONALLY EXPLAINED THE MEANING OF THE DREAM TO THE DREAMER BUT AS USUAL I WANT CRACKERS TO CRACK THEIR BRAINS TO KNOW THE WHITEMEN AND THE UNFORSEEN COURT INSTRUCTING THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA TO INSTRUCT THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO CONDUCT AN ELECTION. CLUE TO THE EXPLANATION OF THE DREAM1. The voices of whitemen outside the court of Ghana. 2. The unseen building of the second court.3. The veto of that court. May almighty protect the innocent souls of our motherland Ghana Allah knows best.NB: If you are finding it difficult to understand, DONT INSULT ME but rather blame your brains. But as for the usual insults is the motto of the KEYSOAP. ( TRADITION GOES ON) U can go ahead with your insults.I personally had a similar dream 2 and half years ago but not exactly.

I Will Not Apologise To Bagbin Or Haruna, I Stand By My Statement – Sammy Gyamfi
National Communications Officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi has said that he still stands by his earlier statement accusing the leadership of the minority caucus in Parliament of betraying the Party.
Sammy Gyamfi has come under intense Pressure following a write up he published on social media accusing speaker of parliament,Alban Bagbin, leader of the minority, Haruna Iddrisu and others of betraying the NDC for their selfish interest.
Though many NDC stalwarts including Bawku Central MP, Mahama Ayariga and former MP for Kumbungu, Ras Mubarak have asked Sammy Gyamfi to Apologise, he insists he still stands by his words.
According to the young politician, his comments were meant to put the leadership of the minority caucus on their toes and not out of any personal vendetta.
“So it is to ensure that the right changes will happen and the right things will be done so that the NDC will grow. It is not out of spite for anybody, it is not out of disrespect for anybody but we must learn. The founder of the party was a brave man so sometimes, somebody can be your friend but you need to look at the collective good and collective interest and do certain things,” he told Power FM.

Petition: You Can’t Say You Lost Because Jean Mensah Didn’t Testify – Ayikoi Otoo To Mahama
Former President John Dramani Mahama cannot blame his defeat in the election petition on Electoral Commission boss, Jean Mensah’s refusal to mount the witness box, a former Attorney General, Nii Ayikoi Otoo has said.
Speaking to Abena Tabi, host of the KEY POINTS on TV3 Saturday March 6, Mr Otoo noted that the duty lied on the petitioner to prove his case and not rely on the EC Chair.
“Nobody should say the cases was dismissed because the EC chair did nit mount the box,” he said adding that “You had a very bad.”
His comment comes after Mr Mahama chastised the EC boss after the final verdict claiming the court aided her from accounting to the people of Ghana by evading cross examination.
Ghanaians will also remember this 2021 Election Petition for that profound moment when the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission opted to evade public scrutiny,: Mahama said.
“Everything was done in this trial to prevent the Commission from accounting to the people in whose name they hold office.
“Requests for Interrogatories were dismissed. A request to inspect documents in the possession of he Commission was turned down. The request for admission of facts was ignored.
“Worse still, she was aided by her counsel and the court to avoid explaining to the good people of Ghana from her own testimony, under oath in a properly constituted court of law, the errors she herself admits to have committed in the declaration of the 2020 Presidential election results.
“This is a clear stab in the heart of transparency and accountability to the sovereign people of Ghana. Whatever the reasons for not allowing Mrs. Jean Mensa to testify or answer any questions, it leaves an embarrassing stain, not only on our justice delivery system but also, on the nation’s electoral system, which has deepened the grave doubts harboured by many Ghanaians about the true outcome of the December 2020 Presidential Election.
“The motto of Ghana’s Electoral Commission is Transparency, Fairness and Integrity – principles the key actors clearly failed to live up to on this occasion. The refusal to account to Ghanaians, further, sets the worrying precedent – and I do really worry about this dangerous precedent – that may allow other heads of state institutions to adopt an approach of opacity and non-accountability in their work.
“Just because they can rely on unconvincing interpretations of our laws to shield them from scrutiny in the near future. I hope and pray that time will prove me wrong. There is a famous legal maxim brought into common use by Lord Chief Justice Hewart in 1924, that ‘Justice must not only be done but should manifestly and undoubtedly seen to be done’.”
