Outspoken reggae musician and broadcaster, Blakk Rasta has described the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the great grandfather of corruption and incompetence.

The controversial broadcaster’s comments were in reaction to media reports attributed to Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, which cited the NPP running mate as referring to the NDC flagbearer, John Mahama as an incompetent man who lacks credibility.

Dr. Bawumia, while addressing the launch of the Aspirants Unite for Victory in Accra asked if Ghanaians wanted to go back to incompetence?

According to the Vice President, the NDC flagbearer, during his time at the helm of affairs of the country demonstrated that he was incompetent, and has also demonstrated his lack of credibility by making a U-Turn on his stance of the free SHS policy, a policy which he rubbished in the beginning but is now begging to be allowed to come to power and expand.

However, reacting to the Vice President’s statement, Blakk Rasta wondered why Dr. Bawumia had made it his stock-in-trade to always take on the former President.

According to the reggae musician, the Vice President was fast turning out to be nothing but a comedian.

Finally, the broadcaster admitted that the NDC flagbearer may be corrupt and incompetent, but the current President, Nana Akufo-Addo is the great grandfather of corruption andd incompetence.
