Mahama And His Lawyers Have Made It Easier For Supreme Court To Dismiss Their Case – Mensah Thompson

Executive Director of Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) Mensah Thompson has admonished the petitioner (John Dramani Mahama) in the ongoing election petition for the lack of solid evidence.

Mensah Thompson while speaking on Akoma FM‘s morning show GhanAkoma noted that “the inadequate substances of evidence in the petitioner’s case makes it easier for the Supreme Court judges to dismiss John Mahama’s case.”

He added that “the burden of proof lies on the accuser to level substantive evidence to shift the burden of proof to the respondents to come out and issue their witnesses to banter in court”.

Mensah Thompson had been backing John Mahama and the NDC since the 2020 polls and had supported their petition, however, he seemed to have been let down by the inadequate evidence submitted to court.
