Let The Whole World Know That China’s Cocoa Gives Toothache – Allotey Jacobs

Former Central regional chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Allotey Jacobs says Ghanaians have no cause to worry over China’s recent venture into cocoa production.

According to him, the Chinese can never beat Ghana when it comes to the quality of cocoa; adding that their presence should motivate Ghanaians to be more innovative and add value to the country’s cocoa.

Speaking on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ show, he said the country should develop a strategy and let the world know that the Chinese cocoa gives toothache.

“China will never have the muscles over Ghana in cocoa production. Ghana’s cocoa is the best in the world. China should know that cocoa production is not about artificial intelligence that they can beat us like they are doing to the Americans now.

“We should also develop a strategy to preach to our children and the world that when one consumes China’s cocoa, they will get a toothache,” he added.
