Kissi Agyebeng Will Lose His Job If He Dares Investigate Covid Funds – Yammin
Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng will be fired should he attempt to probe how the Covid-19 funds was managed by the government.
Former Deputy Ashanti Regional minister and NDC national organiser hopeful Joseph Yammin, the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government will collapse should the Covid funds be investigated because it was largely mismanaged.
“Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng is not interested in investigating the mismanagement of COVID-19 funds because it concerns the government not individuals in the government but rather the government itself” Yammin explained.
“President Akufo- Addo will sacrifice the Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng by sacking him from office to protect his government if he makes an attempt to investigate COVID-19 funds. The Special Prosecutor was so quick to investigate Charles Owusu over late Sir John’s will but the office is showing less interest in the mismanagement of COVID-19 funds which has become a national issue” he was reported by mynewsgh.
“The Special Prosecutor’s office has now become the office of accountability by former President John Agyekum Kufuor which was established to advise government appointees on corruption but not to fight and prosecute corrupt government officials”.
“If Kissi Agyebeng as Special Prosecutor makes an attempt to investigate Covid-19 funds he will lose his position because Nana Addo’s government will never spare him and I’m daring Kissi Agyebeng to make an attempt to investigate Covid-19 funds”. He dared.
