Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong has been invited to appear before High Court judge, Amos Wuntah Wuni for contempt.

This comes after the legislator had rained insults and threatened to deal with the judge on his Net2 TV programme, ‘the seat show’.

He further threatened to petition the Chief Justice over a judgement given without his knowledge in an ongoing land case.

Labeling the judge as ‘stupid’, Ken Agyapong added, “I am not Anas to take bribe from you…..“I will deal with you.”

The judge, according to 3 News, has however issued a warrant for him to appear on Monday, September 14 at 10:00am.

He is expected to “show cause why he should not be severely punished for contempt, if the matters are proven against him to the satisfaction of the Court”.
