Just In: Ghana To Face Nigeria In FIFA World Cup Play-Off

The Black Stars of Ghana has been drawn to face old foes Nigeria in the final round of qualifiers for the Qatar 2022 World cup to be played in March

The Black Stars are seeking to qualify for their fourth World cup in 16 Years after make 3 of the last 4 FIFA World Cup tournaments, becoming one of only 3 countries to make it to the Quarter finals.

Ghana skipped the first Qualifying round of the competition, but topped Group G in the second qualifying round having beaten South Africa, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe.

Haven had their worse AFCON tournament experience following a group stage exit, the Black Stars will be hoping to make the 2022 World cup to console the hearts of many Ghanaian following the exit.

Ghana failed to make the 2018 World cup in Russia after a turbulent domestic troubles amongst the top hierarchy of football, FIFA and the Government of Ghana that saw the Ban on former FA chief Kwesi Nyantekyi.
