John Ndebugri Passes Away

Former Zebilla lawmaker and private legal practitioner, John Akparibo Ndebugri, has died.

Family sources say the 72-year-old passed peacefully in his residence at Zebilla.

He was last seen in public on Monday, May 1, 2022 when he joined his friend and sitting MP for Zebilla Cletus Apul Avoka to donate some motorbikes to the community watchdog committee.

He was born on March 12, 1950.

Mr. Ndebugri was the Member of Parliament representing Zebilla constituency of the Upper East Region of Ghana in the 4th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana.

John Ndebugre is also a member of the People’s National Convention.

The legal practitioner has been vociferous on legal issues in the country.

One of the notable case is John Akaribo Ndebugre V. the Attorney General, Aker Asa and Chemu Power Company Ltd

He has also been critical on bad governance.
