If Akufo Addo Pays Menzgold Customers, I’ll Campaign Against Him – NPP Constituency Chairman

Constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at New Juaben North, Kwadwo Boateng Agyemang has vowed to campaign against President Akufo Addo if he pays customers with locked up funds at defunct gold dealership firm, Menzgold.

Aggrieved customers of Menzgold have threatened to go all out and vote against the NPP and Akufo Addo if they fail tp pay them their locked up funds.

In recent times where flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama pledged to pay customers with locked up funds in financial institutions, the aggrieved Menzgold customers have thrown their weight behind the former president and have assured to vote for him in their numbers.

“We are happy the Former President has thought about us and has promised to look at our issue. We assure him that we will encourage our members to go out in their numbers to take part in the new voter registration exercise and vote for him come Dec 7” the group’s spokesperson reportedly said.

However, speaking on  Neat FM’s Me Man Nti show, the NPP Constituency chairman stated, “I’m telling you; if Nana Addo dares to pay them I will campaign against him.”
