I Only See A Lunatic When I Hear Kennedy Agyapong Speak – Blakk Rasta

Musician and social critic, Blakk Rasta has slammed Assin Central Lawmaker, Kennedy Agyapong for tribalism while campaigning to be elected flagbearer of the NPP.

Blakk Rasta on his show on 3fm slammed the controversial legislator for saying Northerners have been appointed to influential positions under the Akufo-Addo led government.

Kennedy Agyapong during a campaign tour disclosed that he does not know if Northerners in the party are the only people who vote for the New Patriotic Party(NPP) to be elevated to such enviable positions.

Kennedy Agyapong was speaking in the Western Region when he made this known charging members of the party in the area to also crave to enjoy the spoils of the NPP they have also labored for.

“We were here in the Western Region when they appointed the Vice President from the North, Interior Minister from the North, Defence Minister, Sports Minister, Lands Minister, Tourism Minister from the North. Why? Are they the only ones who vote?

He continued “If they want to be tribal, we will also be tribal. The party does not belong to them. They have used the Central and Western for years and after they have made it, they want to treat us as their slaves. We are not animals, we are human beings.”

According to Pak MediaGh, Blakk Rasta believes the politician’s reason for being tribalistic was out of place, insisting he does not deserve to be President of Ghana unless he repents.

According to Blakk Rasta, Mr Agyapong is fond of making wild statements that trigger people’s sentiments to suit his own agenda.

He cited an instance where Mr Agyapong called for people to attack late journalist, Ahmed Suale wherever they see him, which he believe led to his demise after he was gunned down in broad day light.

To him, Kennedy Agyapong is a mere lunatic who must not get close to the Presidency.

Blakk Rasta noted that he’ll be highly disappointed in Ghanaians if they give Kennedy Agyapong the chance to rise to the position of the Presidency.
