I Have Rather Reduced The Visibility Of The Military – Nitiwul

Defense Minister designate, Dominic Nitiwul has refuted claims that the military under his watch have become too visible in towns.

While facing Parliament’s Appointments Committee on his re-appointment to the position of Minister of Defence, he indicated that he has rather helped reduce visibility of the military while giving them more training.

“I disagree with you though that is your view that the military is too visible but I have actually tried to reduce and make sure that they are stationed in the baracks. We are giving them more training too and you continue to see,” he said.
