Controversial Hiplife musician, Barima Sidney has shot down court injunctions supposedly brought against him loyalists of the NDC flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama with regards to his controversial ‘papa no’ song.

Barima Sidney received a lot of flak from the opposition NDC following the release of his widely controversial song ‘papa no’ which leveraged on the beef between Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye and musician Mzbel, to produce a song with a massive political ingredient.

Sidney came under intense pressure from elements within the opposition NDC when some supposed videos of the song began circulating online which had images of the NDC flagbearer, John Mahama as the much sought after ‘papa no’.

Even though he has been inundated with two lawsuits seeking to bar the release of the official video of the controversial song, Sidney insists that he will still release the video nonetheless.

According to him, he is yet to officially be served with a writ even though he has sighted some of the documents online.
