‘I Cried And Even Asked God Why I Lost’ – Titus Glover Opens Up On Losing his Parliamentary Seat

Former Tema East lawmaker, Titus Glover has disclosed that he went through unbearable pain after he ‘shockingly’ lost the 2020 polls.

Speaking on Adom FM’s ‘Dwaso Nsem’ he indicated that he went the extent of questioning God demanding answers for his defeat, however, he’s now getting prepared to launch a comeback in 2024.

“Yes, my defeat came as a shock because people never believed I could lose the Tema East seat. I was really hurt and cried. I even asked God why I lost because I knew I would win that seat but trust me, within days the pain I had in me just vanished,” he was quoted by ghanaweb.

He further expressed his commitment to ensure that all projects started under him is brought to an end.

The former deputy Transport Minister polled 31,956 votes in the 2020 elections while his contender, Mr. Odamten who stood on the ticket of the NDC polled 41,692.
