I Am Very Happy With Prof. Naana’s Appointment, I Have Not Chosen The NPP As My Spokespersons – Asiedu Nketia Dispels Rumours

The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has finally broken his silence concerning the rumours being bandied around especially by the ruling NPP that he was not happy that he was overlooked for the running mate position.

It will be recalled that NPP General Secretary, John Boadu alleged in the past week that he had picked up information that Mr. Asiedu Nketia was not happy that his meritorious service to the Party has been overlooked in the selection of running mate.

However, in an interview with Osei Bonsu on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen Programme, General Mosquito was emphatic that he and all party folks are very happy about the appointment of Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang as running mate.

The controversial scribe also took a dig at the Npp saying he has not appointed them as his spokespersons to speak on his behalf.
