Ghana’s COVID-19 Case Count Surpasses 40,000, 7 New Deaths

Ghana’s COVID-19 case count has risen to 40,097 after 455 new cases according to the updates from the Ghana Health Service (GHS).

Total recoveries/discharge now stands at 36,638 with 3,253 active cases.

Seven (7) new deaths have been confirmed taking the total COVID-19 related deaths to 206.

Eastern Region – 1,809

Central Region – 1,669

Bono East Region – 569

Western North Region – 526
