Ghana Needs A Third Political Party- Lakulaku Says As He Advises CPP To Bounce Back

A communicator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Abubakar Suleman aka Lakulaku, has said that Ghana needs a third political force, advising the Convention People’s Party (CPP) to make a come back. 

While speaking to Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show, Lakulaku stressed on the importance of having a third political force in Ghana’s political system. 

In his submission, he said, ‘’after the death of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the CPP has not been able to bounce back. Ghanaians need a third force in the political discourse- the CPP as a party must be united and fight for seats at the parliamentary level. The Presidency might be a bit difficult for now, but if they are able to get parliamentary seats at the regional level, gradually they will be able to get the Presidential seat someday. Ghana’s politics is all about the NDC and NPP- if the CPP’s do not take care they will soon be wiped away from the political system’’. 

Lakulaku added that the leaders need to fight and take the country to the next level.
