Scandal: Akufo-Addo’s Director Of Communications Slapped With Divorce For Bonking The Same Lady Who Disgraced Kan Dapaah
Wife of Eugene Arhin, the Communications Director at the Presidency, has filed a suit at the Matrimonial Division of the Accra High Court against him for, among others, committing adultery.
Gloria Assan Arhin filed the suit on Wednesday, February 10.
In her statement of writ sighted by 3news.com, the marriage hit the rocks shortly after Mr Arhin’s appointment as Director of Communications at the Office of the President despite them having had three children since 2012.
“The Respondent shortly after his appointment as the Director of Communications started behaving in very unusual ways towards the Petitioner and the Children and continued on this path until the relationship between the parties deteriorated completely.
“The marriage between the parties has for the past about four (4) years suffered irreparable damage and setbacks and all efforts by the parties and their families at amicable resolution have all failed.”
The writ said Mr Arhin has on several occasions informed his lawfully wedded wife that he is no longer interested in marriage, having even moved out of their residence.
“That the Respondent has committed and keeps committing adultery, deserted the Petitioner and behaved unreasonable towards the Petitioner and by reason of the said treatment and conducts of the Respondent, the marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation and all attempts aimed at resolving the challenges have proven futile.”
Gloria Arhin claims that during the pendency of the marriage with Eugene Arhin, through their joint effort they acquired and developed some properties including:
1. A five-bedroom residential property (which was intended to be the matrimonial home of the parties) situate on a two plot of land lying at East Legon in Accra.
2. A four-storey building comprising 16 separate flats/apartments situated on a parcel of land at Bubiashie in Accra which land was acquired from a family friend of Petitioner.
3. An ongoing storey building comprising of 16 separate flats/apartments situate at Tuba-Weija in Accra.
4. A storey building comprising apartments erected on a parcel of land situate at Teshie in Accra.
5. A residential property situated at AU village at La in Accra.
6. A residential building situated at Senya Breku in the Central Region where the Respondent comes from.
7. A waterfront residential property/resort situated at Ada Foah in the Greater Accra region.
8. 3K barbering shop at Teshie.
For moveable properties, Gloria Arhin states that they have:
1. One Ford F150 vehicle
2. Toyota Avalon vehicle with registration number GR 7108-18
3. Toyota Lexus vehicle with registration number GE 4646-18
4. Toyota Tundra vehicle with registration number GE 7108-18
5. Hyundai Elantra vehicle with registration number GE 4646-19
Gloria Assan Arhin is among other things praying the Court for 10 reliefs:
1. That the said marriage be dissolved.
2. That the Petitioner be granted custody of the three children of the marriage, with visiting right to the Respondent.
3. That the five-bedroom residential house situated at East Legon be settled in favour of the Petitioner.
4. That eight of the apartments/flats in the building situated at Bubiashie (representing 50%) be settled in favour of the Petitioner.
5. That eight of the apartments/flats in the building situated at Tuba-Weija (representing 50%) be settled in favour of the Petitioner.
6. That vehicles with registration numbers GE 4646-18 and GE 7108-18 be settled in favour of the Petitioner.
7. The Petitioner be declared a joint owner in equal share with the Respondent in all the other properties acquired in the course of the marriage.
8. That the Respondent be ordered to pay the Petitioner the sum of two million cedis (GH¢2,000,000).
9. An order for the Respondent to maintain the children, pay the school fees and health bills of the children of the marriage.
10. That the Respondent be ordered to pay costs of and incidental to this suit.

Release All ‘Wee’ Smokers Now If You Can’t Jail Corrupt Politicians – A-Plus Fumes
Musician cum Politician, Kwame Asare Obeng also known as A-Plus has charged the Ghana Police to refrain from apprehending marijuana (wee) smokers and channel their energy on corrupt politicians.
In a post on Facebook he wondered why wee smokers are arrested while cigarrete smokers are made to walk freely meanwhile they both pose health risks.
He further bemoaned how a single individual has been jailed for corruption in recent times yet the youth keep wasting their years in jail just because they possessed wee.
See full post below:
“Stop arresting wee smokers!!!! Too many young people have wasted their lives in jail just because they were caught in possession of the leaf of a plant. This is 2021 and all human beings convicted of wee smoking must be released immediately. Corruption is more dangerous than wee smoking. However, not a single person has been jailed in this country for corruption.
“What sense dose it make for a policeman to meet two people, one smoking weed and the other smoking cigarette, but arrest the wee smoker while the cigarette smokers is allowed to walk free.
“The wee smokers they say will go mad and eventually die. The cigarette smokers will also die of smoking-related diseases.
“In fact, the dangers of cigarette smoking is even boldly written on the pack. So what is the point? Wee death is no different from cigarette death?“ Release all persons convicted of wee smoking now!!! This nonsense must stop immediately! Immediately!!!”

Video: Koku Anyidoho’s Wife Narrates How Koku Sacked Her From Their Home After The Death Of Their 9-Year Old Daughter
There seems to be a storm brewing in the home of former General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Koku Anyidoho as his wife has emerged to accuse him of throwing her out of their matrimonial home.
Jennifer Boahemaa Yeboah told GhanaWeb in an exclusive interview yet to be aired on the #SayItLoud programme that, following months of emotional abuse and negligence from her husband, Mr Anyidoho sent her packing from their home.
It will be recalled that Madam Jennifer was involved in a car accident in November last year which resulted in the loss of their 8-year-old daughter.
She furthered that Mr Anyidoho abandoned her after the accident, taking away their only surviving son because he blamed her for the death of their daughter.
The estranged wife recounted to GhanaWeb, how shortly after being discharged from the hospital, while arrangements were being carried out for the burial of their daughter, the former NDC General Secretary sent bottles of schnapps to her parents in the company of some friends to dissolve their marriage after their marriage of about 6 years
She noted that her family took receipt of the drinks to be used as evidence when the two families formally met to deliberate on the matter.
Madam Jennifer told GhanaWeb that what broke the camel’s back was events that occurred on Tuesday, February 23. She noted that while she was away, Mr Anyidoho packed some of her belongings from their matrimonial home and sent it to her mother’s house in a KIA truck on her blind side.
“Sending an unknown driver to bring some of my things without anyone’s knowledge, and the marriage has not been dissolved officially, I don’t know what to say… I was there yesterday trying to sort out a few things at my new apartment when I got a call from my 78-year-old mother that a KIA truck is here with some few things that Anyidoho said they should bring it…” she told GhanaWeb.
Meanwhile, Mr Koku Anyidoho is yet to respond to the allegations. When GhanaWeb reached out to him, he was unavailable.
