Election Petition: Mahama Has Deceived NDC Faithfuls – Gary Nimako

Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Gary Nimako Marfo has said that National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama has been exposed by the Supreme Court after weeks of petition hearing.

According to him the ongoing election petition has only showed how Mr Mahama misled NDC supporters into thinking that he was actually robbed of the Presidential position.

He noted that whatever John Mahama said after the 2020 polls has been entirely different from what he’s telling the court now.

To him, he believes that John Mahama is only using the petition to mount a comeback in the 2024 elections.

“Mr. John Dramani Mahama has deceived Ghanaians. He has deceived NDC faithful because what he said publicly is a different thing he’s saying in court,” he was quoted by peacefmonline.

“This is a preparatory ground for former President John Dramani Mahama for 2024. He’s making preparation so that he will stage a comeback,” he added.
