There has been an interesting twist to the ongoing Injunction case involving Hohoe MP-elect, John Peter Amewu as counsel for the interested parties, Tsatsu Tsikata has requested for one of the Judges hearing the case, Clemence Honyenuga (Jsc) to recuse himself.

According to a source, Mr Tsikata made this request to the Bench whiles hearing was to commence.

It is still unclear why the demand was made by the respected lawyer.

The Supreme Court is sitting to hear an ex-parte motion filed by deputy AG, Godfred Dame to quash the orders of the Ho High Court which had granted an ex-parte injunction against the election of John Peter Amewu as MP-elect for Hohoe.
