Don’t Trust A Thief Claiming He Is Now A Priest- Chairman Wontumi Cautions Electorates

The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, is cautioning Ghanaians against falling for a “thief claiming to be priest” when it comes to electing our President in 2024.

According to him, the electorates should be on alert and watch out for a particular candidate who claims he is a “changed person” and so must be given another opportunity to rule Ghana again.

Speaking to Wontumi radio, the NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi stated that “ when a thief tells you that he is now a priest so you don’t have to lock your door when you sleep, don’t believe him. I think there is this man who wants to use the Presidency as a stepping stone to be the richest man in the world. We must watch out for him”.

In a separate development, the founder of Atta-Mills Institute and one time Director of Communication at the Presidency, Mr. Koku Anyidoho has charged electorates never to trust Mr. Mahama if he claims he is new person and has learnt lessons in life.

“He claims he is a new person but has he apologized to Ghanaians about the specific things that he did wrong? When he does that we can believe him to be a sincere person”, he said on Wontumi TV.
