Debate Me On Education; Let’s Count One By One Our Achievements – NAPO To Naana Jane

Education Minister, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh has thrown a challenge to running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang to face him in a debate on the country’s educational sector.

Speaking at the NPP Teachers’ Network Conference, NAPO noted that although he is a doctor, his work as education minister for the past three years cannot be compared to what the NDC did in eight years.

According to him, over his time as education minister, there has never been anything like teacher strikes.

“I am a Doctor and not a teacher. In three and half years, we have done a lot for teachers… I wish I get the opportunity to sit with the Professor who held the office I am holding, so we count one by one what has been achieved,” he dared.
