Damoah Is Fighting Special Prosecutor Because Of Sharing Same Girlfriend – Captain Smart Alleges

Captain Smart has claimed that a woman is to blame for the altercation between Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng and Commissioner of Customs Division Colonel Kwadwo Damoah (retired).

The aforementioned woman, whom Captain Smart referred to as “Suzzy,” appears to be a skilled at sparring with powerful individuals in both traditional and political authority.

He claims that the said woman once crashed a meeting of two paramount chiefs of the Asante Kingdom and a particular majority and minority leader of Parliament, where Otumfuo Osei Tutu II destooled one.

Captain Smart claims that this same Suzzy is the reason the Commissioner of the Customs Division is assaulting the Special Prosecutor.

But a tiny girl named Suzzy is to blame for all of this. She used to reside in Siwdo, a Cape Coast suburb, and is a little fair. She relocated to Achimota when the NPP came to power, then to Dansoman, then to East Legon, and she currently resides in Labone behind a particular restaurant.

She came dangerously close to colliding with a Majority leader and a Minority leader at the Kessben Hotel in Kumasi. Two paramount chiefs were also crashed by her. Otumfuo destooled one of them.

“She once got into a battle with some women who claimed to be slay queens, and it became a hot topic in Ghana. “Papa No” was introduced to Ghana by the same Suzzy. He enquired, “What’s this Suzzy doing between Damoah and the Special Prosecutor?

Some of the Special Prosecutor’s investigations into Labianca Limited, according to Col. Rtd. Damoah, are a premeditated effort to damage his reputation and will undoubtedly fall short.

Col. Damoah stated that the Special Prosecutors report on the Council of State member who had exploited her position to influence decisions from the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) was “hollow” during a speech to some top customs officers in Kumasi last week. The decisions in question resulted in a decrease in the company’s tax obligations.

In the report under investigation by his office, the Special Prosecutor—whom Col. Damoah refers to as a “little boy”—was attempting to tarnish and indict both him [Damoah] and the Deputy Commissioner of Operations of the GRA.

Many have criticized the comments, believing that Mr. Kissi Agyebeng, the Special Prosecutor, was unfairly targeted in them.
