Culture Of Silence – This Gov’t Is My Own But Sam Jonah May Have Some Evidence

Former President John Agyekum Kuffuor has said that despite the fact that the government in power is his own government, he is unable to dismiss the claims by Mr Sam Jonah because the business mogul may have some solid evidence.

The former President says he respects the Executive Chairman of Jonah Capital, and respects his claims as well.

Sir Sam Jonah, in a speech delivered as a special guest of Rotary International at an event over the weekend made a lot of observations about Ghana, claiming among others, that the culture of silence is gradually creeping back into Ghanaian society.

Mr Jonah’s observations have attracted mixed reactions with many alluding to his claims, while many others, especially those on the side of government, are disputing his claims.

However, President Kuffuor said he cannot shoot down the claims of Mr Jonah, but can only call on him to provide evidence of his claims.
