Covid-19: Ghana Hits Almost 900 Recoveries

The Ghana Health Service has in an update on its website declared recovered or discharged a total of 880 Covid-9 patients.

This brings the total active cases to 3,782 with patients being managed at isolation centres, treatment sites and some under home management.

There have also been 470 new cases of infection, increasing the total case count to 24,988.

The death toll stands at 139 with 25 patients in severe conditions, eight in critical condition and four on ventilators.

The Greater Accra still leads with the highest infections of 286. The Northern region has 81 and Volta 28.
