Chief Justice Run Away From Parliament When He Saw The Military – Sam George

Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram, Sam Nartey George has said that the Chief Justice took to his heels out of the Legislative chamber when the military invaded the house.

According to him since the tenure of the President had expired as at the time and there was no speaker as well, the only person who could have stepped i to control the military invasion was the speaker who also run away into his car.

“…Chief Justice ran away from Parliament when the soldiers came because nobody knew what the soldiers were going to do.”

He explained that If any misfortune had happened to the Chief Justice at that short period, that could have amounted to an attack on the state.
