Calls By Duncan Williams, Eastwood Anaba For Suspension Of National Cathedral Project Sound- Ishaq Kyei Brobbey

A financial expert and lecturer with the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey, has defended the call by archbishop Duncan Williams and Reverend Eastwood Anaba for the construction of the National Cathedral to be suspended until an internal audit has been concluded.

Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey stated on Wontumi TV that the call by the two respected clergymen and members of the Board of Trustees for the National Cathedral project, were sound and only sought to bring transparency.

He maintained that the call was not borne out of malice but to ensure that people who supported the project with their penny, did so with the belief their earnings would be put to the right use.

“The way that Ablakwa and other babies with sharp teeth have started targeting the project, there is a need for transparency if not others won’t contribute”, he said in an opinion monitored by Wontumionline.com.
