Breaking News: Supreme Court Unanimously Grants AG’s Motion To DismissTsikata’s Injunction Against Amewu’s Election As MP
The Supreme Court presided over by Justice Appau (Jsc) has unanimously granted the motion filed by the AG to quash the injunction order granted by the Ho High Court against the election of John Peter Amewu as MP-elect for Hohoe.
This was after the court heard arguments by deputy AG, Godfred Dame and Counsel for the interested parties, Tsatsu Tsikata yesterday.
