Bagbin Better Off Without Akufo-Addo’s Military Protection – Ablakwa

Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has slammed the Ghana Armed Forces for taking a year to realise that military attaches assigned to Speaker Alban Bagbin were improperly assigned.

The GAF last week withdrew the military protection given to the Speaker of Parliament citing that they were improperly assigned.

Reacting to it, Mr Ablakwa noted that if it could take the GAF over a year to realise that their personnel were deployed without ‘proper procedure’ then it leaves a lot to be said about the state of security under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo.

According to him Alban Bagbin is better off without the military protection; noting that the ultimate security comes from the good people of the country and the Lord Almighty.
