Bagbin Appoints 5 NDC Officials To Serve In Parliament – NPP Raises Objections

The Speaker of Parliament, Mr Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin has reportedly appointed five staunch NDC officials to serve in parliament, this portal has learned.

The revelation was made by the majority leader, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu when he appeared on Joy News’ The Probe with Emefa Apawu.

According to the Suame MP, the Speaker has appointed 3 former NDC MPs to serve in various capacities in parliament including a Vice Chairman of the NDC, Kofi Attor.

Mr Mensah Bonsu also disclosed that the Speaker has appointed one Gayheart Mensah, a staunch NDC affiliate to work in the Speaker’s office.

The Speaker, according to the majority leader, also appointed Johnson Asiedu Nketiah to serve on the Parliamentary Service Board despite strong opposition.
