Assin North Case: Judge Used Wikipedia To Write His Judgement – Prof. Kwaku Azar Drops Expose’

A US-based Ghanaian professor, Stephen Kwaku Asare, popularly known as Kwaku Azar has exposed the judge in the Assin North Case for allegedly writing his judgement from Wikipedia.

Justice Kwasi Boakye, sitting at the Cape Coast High Court, yesterday, ordered for fresh elections to be conducted in the Assin North constituency.

Handing his judgement on Wednesday, the judge said the MP, Joe Gyaakye Quayson violated constitutional provisions and other statutory provisions that guide Ghana’s elections.

However, Prof. Kwaku Azar, who has already expressed his disagreement with the court’s ruling, has once again sought to infer that the trial judge wrote his judgement from online encyclopedia, Wikipedia.
