Akufo-Addo Nearly Collapsed When He Heard That Kwakye Ofosu Had Won AAK Seat – NPP MP Reveals

NPP MP for Abura Asebu Kwamankese (AAK), Elvis Morris Donkor has revealed how President Akufo-Addo nearly collapsed following media reports that NDC’s Felix Kwakye Ofosu had snatched the seat.

The NPP’s Morris Donkor retained the seat with a mere 176 votes after first timer, Kwakye Ofosu gave him a good run for his money.

Speaking about the elections for the first time, Morris Donkor claimed that his own party people took a stand to vote against him, claiming he did not help them.

According to him, after the NPP’s victory, he, together with his colleague NPP MPs went to congratulate the President and that was the President informed him that he nearly collapsed upon hearing that Kwakye Ofosu had snatched the seat.
