Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the former president of Ghana has said the NDC started the Free Senior High School policy.
Speaking to the people in a tour to the Volta Region, the former president credit the Free Senior High School as the achievement of the NDC and rubbishes claim that when voted into power, he will cancel the policy.
He argued that, the policy is the most expensive in the world because the NPP government led by Nana Addo failed to properly implement the policy.
He added that, his second term will address the issue of the poor implementation of the policy.
